        Capillary matting

Capillary matting is used to store water, in order to give the plants more time to absorb it. It is used on tables or floors in a glasshouse, but also outdoors it can be very  functional.

IHP-supplies offers  several types of this matting from light (200 gram/m²), medium (300 gram/m²) up to heavy (400 gram/m²). The standard  width is 200 cm and the length per reel is 50 m¹, but special sizes are available on demand.

The matting  consists of waste textile fibers and can be used for a long period of time, especially if it is covered by our ultra thin P17 tissue to keep the original matting clean.
